RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - WI Rate Manual Revised Schedule of Charges
Dear Associates:
Please note that the Schedule of Charges for title insurance in Wisconsin has been revised with a new section for Master and Take-Off Policies. The change provides for a Master Owner’s Policy that may be issued to cover real estate which is or will be subdivided into two or more lots.
These changes will become effective on June 13, 2013.
As a reminder, agents that use AFW and/or AIM+ should contact PropertyInfo Customer Care to get the new changes implemented in their AFW and/or AIM+ system.
