National Attorneys’ Title Assurance Fund, Inc. (“NATAF”) voluntarily suspended its business as of February 11, 2013. Issuing agents should not rely on any indemnity letters from NATAF or indemnity coverage provided under the Indiana Mutual Indemnification Agreement in order to provide coverage under any policy or commitment issued by Stewart Title Guaranty. If you are provided with a NATAF policy or commitment for use as a starter, please contact a Stewart Title Guaranty Underwriter for approval.
