RE: UNDERWRITING - Wells Fargo and Short Form Title Policy

Dear Associates:

The Short Form Loan Policy is a popular policy with many of our lender customers and a version of this policy is now available in all jurisdictions.   

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is a valued customer that wants you to issue the Short Form Loan Policy that is available in your state.  

The ALTA Short Form Title Policy (or other version available in your state) may be sent along with the executed closing documents to the address listed on the Wells Fargo Closing Instructions. If the ALTA Short Form Title Policy is not sent with the executed closing documents, a hard copy should be sent to:
