Please be advised the basic title rates have changed statewide effective December 12. See below for details. Any agent using AFW or AIM+ to contact PropertyInfo Customer Care should get the new rate(s) changes implemented in the AFW or AIM+ system.

Basic title insurance rates for Apache, Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Pima, Coconino, Santa Cruz, and Yavapai Counties:

Minimum up to $30,000

30,001.00 to 40,000.00*  

$  35.20 per five thousand

40,001.00 to 60,000.00*

$  29.34 per five thousand

60,001.00 to 90,000.00*

$  23.47 per five thousand

90,001.00 to 110,000.00*

$  17.60 per five thousand

110,001.00 to 200,000.00

$  14.70 per five thousand

200,001.00 to 400,000.00

$  13.44 per five thousand

400,001.00 to 1,000,000.00

*For Maricopa County - the basic insurance rate up to and including $100,000 shall be $720.
