Please note that the Schedule of Charges for title insurance in Wisconsin has been revised. The revisions have modified the following sections:
Reissue and Abstract Surrender Credit (Section B, Item 2).
Refinance Charge for Residential Loan Policies (Section B, Item 3).
Residential Purchase Money Mortgage Charge (Section B, Item 5).
Endorsement - Residential charges for ALTA Endorsements 4, 4-06, 4.1 and 4.1-06.
These changes will become effective on January 1, 2013.
