Dear Associates:
The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance has approved an increase in the charge for the issuance of a Closing Service Letter. Effective June 1, 2012, the charge for a Closing Service Letter will be $75.00. All orders received on or after June 1st should reflect this increase. Commitments issued prior to June 1, 2012, shall remain at the $25.00 charge.
As a reminder, please be sure that all Closing Service Letters issued by your office are either issued to an approved attorney or in the name of your office. You may check the status of an attorney on the Stewart Title New Jersey Website:

In the event that an attorney is not listed or there is a "call office" note please contact the NJ State Office.
