On June 6, 2011, we issued Stewart Bulletin OR2011002 notifying you of the approval of a deviated filing by the Oregon Division of Insurance for OTIRO Endorsement Form 108 Wind Energy – Personal Property Endorsement.
Recently the Oregon Title Insurance Rating Organization submitted a filing which included OTIRO Endorsement No. 108 – Co-Insurance with Limited Joint and Several Provision Endorsement.
In order to alleviate confusion resulting from both forms being assigned the same form number, Stewart has re-filed the Wind Energy Endorsement under form number Stewart Title Guaranty Form No. 108 Wind Energy – Personal Property Endorsement. The updated form is available on Virtual Underwriter.
The charge for this endorsement remains 5% of the Basic Rate with a minimum of $250.00 and a maximum of $1,500.00.
