New Wisconsin Rate Manual and Schedule of Charges
Dear Associates:
Please note that there is a change to the Wisconsin Rate Manual and Schedule of Charges. The new rate filing has been made to simplify and clarify the rate structure for title insurance in the state of Wisconsin. The pricing contained in the Manual is not subject to downward deviations. These changes will become effective on November 1, 2012.
As a reminder, agents using AFW and/or AIM+ should contact PropertyInfo Customer Care to get the new rate changes implemented in their AFW and/or AIM+ system.
