This Bulletin is sent to advise you that Stewart Title Guaranty Company has recently filed revised guarantee forms with the State of Washington, Division of Insurance. The forms revised are:
WA Trustee’s Sale Guarantee
WA Litigation Guarantee
WA Subdivision Guarantee
The forms were approved as of August 12, 2011, and the filing will be effective as of August 23, 2011. The revised guarantee forms are available in AIM and will be available on Virtual Underwriter in the near future at http://www.vuwriter.com.
