Please note that there is a change to the Wisconsin Rate Manual and Schedule of Charges dated July 6, 2011. This pertains to Section B – Maximum Charges, Item 1—General – Loan Policies on pages four and five of the Manual (note a $350 minimum charge for an owner’s policy and a $225 minimum charge for a loan policy). These changes will become effective on September 1, 2011.
