New Jersey Title Insurance Company has advised that it will cease to do business on July 27, 2011. Effective immediately, and until further notice, all Stewart Title Insurance Company offices and policy issuing Agencies may not accept any letter of indemnity, escrow benefit letter or prior policy from New Jersey Title Insurance Company or its agents under the Mutual Indemnity Agreement, or as clearance for title objections.
