Effective July 21, 2010, the Nebraska Department of Insurance has approved a Stewart Title Guaranty rate/rule filing amendment which effected the following change:
Under Paragraph 1. of the Stewart Title Rate manual, Cass County, Nebraska has been added to the Counties of Douglas, Sarpy, Washington and Lancaster, wherein the basic charge for an original owner's, loan or leasehold policy shall be $100 for coverage up to $20,000.00, with charges for liability amounts in excess of $20,000.00 applied pursuant to the table currently contained in the relevant portion of Paragraph 1.
