Dear Associates:

Please be advised that we have created a new set of forms (commitment, policies, schedules and endorsements) for your use. To access the Company's new forms, please go to the new Stewart Title website, www.stewart.com/michigan.  This website will contain not only all of our new forms, but the Company rate manuals, links to Virtual Underwriter to access all our bulletins and alerts, and other important information. We shall update that website with all newly introduced or revised forms and will advise you of any changes by future Bulletin. You may begin using the forms immediately upon receipt, but no later than October 1, 2010. At that time, please discontinue use of any other Stewart forms.

Included with the forms is an Index that identifies each form, its corresponding form number, designates whether approval is required for issuance, and if there is a charge for the endorsement. Please contact the Michigan Legal Department for those endorsements requiring approval as well as for the issuance of any endorsement not reflected on the Index. Always use the correct form number when issuing the form.

As you are aware, all policy forms are to be acquired through Stewart Title's STEPS program for tracking and remittance purposes. Please disseminate this bulletin to all appropriate office personnel and assure that all employees are using the forms by the date indicated above.

This Bulletin relates solely to Michigan.
