RE: Compliance with Approved Policy forms and Endorsements

Effective immediately and to comply with New York State Insurance Department regulations, all policy issuing offices must maintain in the office file a complete set of copies of all policies and endorsements issued to the insured. All policy forms and endorsement forms must be in compliance with the filed forms set forth in the TIRSA Rate manual.
