Illinois Predatory Lending Database Program
Dear Associates:
Public Act 096-0 856, Section 30, effective 12-31-09 amends the Illinois Predatory Lending Database Program, Section 70 of The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act 765 ILCS 77/1 et seq to expand this program to the counties of Kane, Peoria and Will. The inception date of the expansion is July 1, 2010.
