The Louisiana Department of Insurance has approved the following change to the LATISSO Form filing for the ALTA Endorsement 10-06 Assignment. There are no changes to the rate rule for the ALTA Endorsement 10-06 Assignment. The Form change is effective April 1, 2009, and is as follows:

ALTA Endorsement 10-06 (Assignment) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 10-06 Assignment on 10/16/08. The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

The Louisiana Department of Insurance has approved the following change to the LATISSO Rate Rule for the ALTA Endorsement 10.1-06 Assignment and Date Down. Approval has also been granted for the following change to the LATISSO Form filing for the ALTA Endorsement 10.1-06 Assignment and Date Down. The Rate Rule change and the Form change are effective April 1, 2009 and is as follows:

ALTA Endorsement 10.1-06 (Assignment and Date Down) Revised 10/16/08
This endorsement insures the named assignee of a mortgage insured by a Loan Policy but also insures against certain matters recorded between the date of policy and the date of endorsement.

Rate: $100

The ALTA revised the Endorsement Form 10.1-06 Assignment and Date Down on 10/16/08. The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.
