RE: Virtual Underwriter, the Bulletin Process and Underwriting Questions

Dear Associates:

This bulletin is being issued to update a prior bulletin and to clarify the relationship of the bulletin issuance process, the procedure for inclusion of bulletins in Virtual Underwriter and Underwriting.  The Bulletin Coordinator in Stewart Legal Services assigns all bulletins numbers.  Once the appropriate Stewart Legal Services approval has been obtained, the bulletin will be distributed by Stewart Legal Services pursuant to the current management bulletin.  Bulletin authors should forward a finalized copy of the bulletin via e-mail to the Bulletin Coordinator at the address listed below, followed by a hard copy via regular mail to facilitate the addition of the bulletin to Virtual Underwriter.

Underwriting questions must continue to be directed to appropriate underwriting personnel.
