RE: Errors and Omissions Coverage Notice of Change or Termination

Effective 3/1/2009, all policy issuing agents are required to provide to Stewart Title Insurance Company with a certificate of insurance showing Stewart Title Insurance Company as a third party certificate holder. This certificate will provide notice of any changes or terminations of your errors and omissions coverage. Attached please find a sample letter for transmission to your insurance carrier or broker.

Please forward the certificate to Kevin Reilly, Agency Services Manager.

As a requirement of my underwriting agreement with Stewart Title Insurance Company, I am required to provide them with notice of any policy changes or terminations. Please send to Stewart Title Insurance Company directly a certificate of insurance showing Stewart Title Insurance Company as a certificate holder and amend my policy to reflect that notice will be provided to Stewart Title Insurance Company of any policy changes or termination.
