RE: Westchester County PREP System -- New Recording Requirements Effective January 1, 2010

Effective January 1, 2010 the Westchester County Clerk's office will require the creation of transfer forms TP-584 and RP-5217 and all document cover pages through the Clerk's Property Records Electronic Portal (PREP) system for all document submissions.

Please review the Web site for question so as to avoid any confusion. Please pay special attention to matters closing on or after November 30th since these matters should comply with these new requirements to ensure that any rejected documents have the proper forms should re-submission occur after January 1st.
