Ohio Annual Review of Escrow Accounts
Dear Associates:
The Ohio Department of Insurance has withdrawn the amendment to OAC 3901-7-01, the Annual Review Rule. The original rule was not rescinded and is still in effect. Annual reviews required by section 3953.33 of the Revised Code must be completed in accordance with the procedures set forth in 3901-7-01. An amendment to that rule which will be effective for the 2010 review will be filed.
