New Transfer Tax Regulations

Recently, the Department of Revenue amended its regulations, 61 Pa. Code Chapter 91, to address numerous legislative changes and to bring the regulatory provisions into conformity with Departmental policy. The amendments to the regulations can be found at our website (http://stewarteasternpa.com) under "Online Resources" tab.
The Department is not re-publishing the booklet Rev-1250 EX+ (4-95). Therefore, we have put the regulations into a booklet form incorporating the amendments, for your quick reference.
