Stewart Legal Services previously issued Bulletins MO2007003 and MO2008001, Missouri-New Title Insurance Law. This Bulletin is to advise you that The Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration (DIFP) has filed the Proposed Rules, Emergency Rules and Forms.
The Emergency Rules are effective on January 28, 2008.
