Enclosed for your consideration please find a letter sent by Ray Wenger who works for the Department of Financial Services. This correspondence pertains to permissible charges for closing services and how they should be disclosed. At this time officers of the Florida Land Title Association are seeking clarification concerning the legal authority and contents of the letter.
