RE: First Amended and Restated Mutual Indemnity Agreement

Please be advised that United General Title Insurance Company ("UGT") has joined in the execution of the First Amended and Restated Mutual Indemnity Agreement ("Agreement").

UGT's participation is effective immediately for Covered Risks as defined by the Agreement, for any title that has not yet closed.
