I am pleased to report that Harold S. Boxer, Esq., in his capacity as Special Counsel, will be working with the Agency Underwriting staff at Stewart Title. As you may know, Harold has been with Stewart for the past eleven years, most recently as Branch Manager of the Stewart office in White Plains . Prior to joining Stewart, Harold was counsel at Commonwealth Land Title.
