Back in December, 1995, this office was advised that a power of attorney from an individual named Martin Bodner to Thomas Setteducato, the principal of The Fans of New York, Inc./The Fans of New York Count, Inc. and Affiliated Realty Group Ltd. was revoked and that we were being placed on notice of this fact by the attorney for Mr. Bodner. An underwriting bulletin (No. NY000108 ) advising you of this revocation was distributed at that time.
