Dear Associates:
Enclosed is a Notice from the Suffolk County Clerk's Office which states that beginning May 1, 1990, the Suffolk County Register's Office will retain all new Owner's Duplicate Certificates of Title and Registration copies of Mortgage.
For your convenience, enclosed is the form suggested by the Suffolk County Clerk's Office requesting the release of said document.
This requirement hopes to reduce the document problem that is prevalent in Torrens titles.
