Greenpoint Bank Loan Closing Requirements
Dear Associates:
A Notice to Title and Abstract Companies from the Greenpoint Bank which sets forth in detail the Bank's requirements relating to the title reports, municipal searches, et al., for its loan closings is available through the New York City Office. It is suggested that each branch office and agent familiarize itself with these requirements so that these closings proceed expeditiously.
