Relocation of Greenpoint Bank's Real Estate Closing Offices
Dear Associates:
We have been advised that, effective immediately, Greenpoint Bank has relocated it's real estate closing department from Main Street in Flushing, New York to a new office:
Greenpoint Bank
1981 Marcus Avenue
Lake Success, New York 11042
All title reports and related documentation involving the Greenpoint Bank should be sent to the new real estate closing office address.
We have been further advised that the approved In House Closer Arrangement which had been utilized by Greenpoint at the Flushing office will continue to be used at the Lake Success office.
