Dear Associates:
Lawrence Schatt, Assistant Commissioner for Code Enforcement of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development has issued a letter requesting the Title Industry's cooperation regarding Multiple Dwelling Registration Forms.
Please note that the fee relating to the Multiple Dwelling Registration Card has been changed from $21.00 to $13.00.
Please distribute this memo to those personnel who handle the Multiple Dwelling Registration Form at closing or in your recording departments.
