The Department of Banking and Insurance has recently approved the Subdivision Endorsement, to be effective on April 12, 1999.
The charge for this endorsement is 5% of the applicable underwriting charge, with a minimum of $100. This information can be found on page 41 of the Rate Manual, a copy of which is available through the district office and should replace your existing page 41.
The issuance of this endorsement should be considered an extra hazardous risk and may not be done without approval from the State Office or a Senior Underwriter.
Please add the endorsement, which is available through the references section at the end of this bulletin, to your Manual of Forms as page 180.
