Dear Associates:
There continues to be problems with titles resulting from the recording of "various interests" in real property from Nationwide and Worldwide Collection Services and possibly other affiliated companies. There has also been considerable litigation in order to terminate any such "interest" in real property.
A copy of a letter from the law firm of Keith, Mack, Lewis, Cohen & Lumpkin in Miami, which firm has been involved in the class action law suit is available from your local Stewart Title Guaranty underwriter. The letter establishes a procedure whereby such interests can be deleted from title insurance policies in future closings.
You are requested to follow the procedure outlined in that letter
