Dear Associates:
At the request of the Florida Department of Insurance, my March 25, 1993 Bulletin is amended as follows.
In order to give survey coverage to lenders who request an ALTA loan policy, you must have a prior survey or copy of a prior survey for your file.
You must use the affidavit form referenced in bulletin MU000006 New Guidelines - Residential Refi's.
