ALTA Junior Loan Policy and Endorsement JR 1 and JR 2, ALTA Short Form Junior Loan Policy, ALTA 11 - Modification Endorsement
Dear Associates:
Stewart Title Guaranty Company filed the above new ALTA policies and endorsements with the Alabama Insurance Commissioner. These forms will be available to you from the Houston Forms and Information Department (1-800-729-1901), after June 30, 1997, or the date of final approval from the Commissioner.
It is anticipated that the Junior Loan Policy will give the Junior mortgage lender the coverage that they seek while greatly reducing your search time.
