Short Form Policies for Laser Printers
Dear Associates:
The Short Form Policy for laser printers is now available from our forms department in Houston. You will need to contact your software vendor in order to have Schedule A formatted for your laser printer. Schedule B is preprinted, signed and contains the serial number. The form can be immediately ordered by contacting the Stewart Title Guaranty Company Forms Department at 1-800-729-1901.
