Dear Associates:

Enron Corp. and a number of affiliated entities have filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The jointly administered case is Case No. 01-16034 (AJG).

Currently approximately 24 Enron entities are debtors in bankruptcy proceedings. Those debtors include:

Enron Broadband Services, Inc.
Enron Energy Marketing Corp.
Enron Transportation Services Company
ENA Asset Holdings, L.P.
Garden State Paper Company L.L.C.
Enron Energy Information Solutions, Inc.
EESO Merchant Investments, Inc.
Enron Corp.
Enron Power Marketing, Inc.
Smith Street Land Company
Enron Energy Services Operations, Inc.
Enron Energy Services L.L.C.
BAM Leasing Company
Enron Gas Liquids, Inc.
Enron Federal Solutions, Inc.
Tenant Services, Inc.
Palm Beach Development Company, L.L.C.

There are approximately 3500 Enron affiliates, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, most of which have not filed a bankruptcy petition.

If you receive an order or request for title insurance involving an Enron entity as a seller, borrower or other participant in the transaction or as an investor in the owner of the land, please call our underwriting personnel, regardless of whether the Enron entity is currently a bankruptcy debtor.
